Halibut with pesto, air-fried asparagus, Blueberry Corn Saladita, and fresh peachIn these photos you can see what we’ve been eating this summer- basically our usual fish, veggies, and fruit, with a few treats or experiments thrown in. In the caption under each photo I explain what it is and provide links to recipes on the blog where appropriate. Yes, I prepared all this food, except the apple turnover and the quiche, which my husband made. Also, in many of these photos you can see sgraffito carved pottery I made as well.

This vegetarian eats bacon occasionally because a BLT was the only thing she missed and it is the season!
