This is what we’ve been eating this summer. We’ve gone in for simple, clean-eating food, letting fresh ingredients shine mostly unadorned. I didn’t have much time to try a bunch of new things; you’ll see lots of staple meals here, where we are just getting the nutrition in as seamlessly and quickly as possible, while still having it beautiful and delicious.
I’m so grateful for Costco, Community Shellfish, the Farmer’s Market, and our garden for all this bounty.
