Recent Food Around Here (with Recipe Links)

Recent food photography

This is what we’ve been eating this summer. We’ve gone in for simple, clean-eating food, letting fresh ingredients shine mostly unadorned. I didn’t have much time to try a bunch of new things; you’ll see lots of staple meals here, where we are just getting the nutrition in as seamlessly and quickly as possible, while still having it beautiful and delicious.

I’m so grateful for Costco, Community Shellfish, the Farmer’s Market, and our garden for all this bounty.

In the caption under each photo, I identify what the meal was. Where part of that caption is blue, that’s a link to where the recipe can be found on this blog.

I hope this gives you some yummy ideas of what to make for you and yours.

What a wonderful, inventive and healthy menu. I’d say, not simple at all! It’s so rewarding to see how you elevate the seafood to ‘restaurant quality’!
