I’ve been unusually busy lately, so you may have noticed I have not been spending any time on recipe creation. We’ve been eating old standbys that serve us well.
Many of these dishes are served on ceramics I have made. Honoring the new salmon salad plates I made in pottery, we’ve been having a lot of those. In the first photo below you can see a bit of our dill harvest, that our daughter dehydrated for future use. I’ve been to the farmer’s market for the first time–see photo above– and summer has now officially begun. However, it has been so wet, we have yet to make much use of our picnic table, so these photos were unfortunately still taken inside with less than ideal lighting.
Here are some recipes that you are seeing below:
Thyme and Garlic Roasted Shrimp
Zucchini Noodle Tuna Casserole
Kohlrabi Salad with Beets and Fruit
Artichoke, Zucchini, and Caramelized Onion Frittata
Mediterranean Spaghetti Squash
Warm Potato Salad with Leeks and Radishes (& No Mayo)
Langostino Pad Thai with Spaghetti Squash
Try making some of these–you’ll be glad you did!
