We had a lovely holiday weekend with our younger daughter visiting, as well a Texas cousin who is studying at Yale. We hiked at Huntington, went to church, played bananagrams, Five Crowns, and Uno Flip, and ATE!
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal of Swordfish with Lemon Pepper Herb Butter, Kale Pear Salad, Brussels Sprouts with Black Garlic, Caramelized Butternut Squash, and pumpkin pie. You can see all this in photos below, as well as some of the other food we enjoyed as treats on the holiday weekend, complete with recipe links below each photo.
I hope your holiday weekend (if you celebrate!) was just how you like it, whether spent in quietude or in community. We have MUCH to be grateful for!
