We loved this hike in campsite of ours at Kouchibouguac National Park and delighted in the restful quiet and the gorgeous light there.

It was fun to visit Anne of Green Gables’ house here in Prince Edward’s Island. Included in these photos is some of the info I thought interesting about the author L.M. Montgomery, as well as a view of the house tour.

Day 24: Insectarium and Butterfly Garden
This Insectarium in Newfoundland was a worthwhile field trip, and we had fun chasing butterflies to photograph them.
Day 20: Newfoundland Seaside Arches
We had a lovely time at these seaside arches on our drive up the west coast of Newfoundland.
Day 18: Our Daughter Climbs Gros Morne Mountain
Our daughter did this strenuous 11 mile, mostly vertical hike, and generously shared her photos with us. She said it was grueling but really cool.
Day 17: Gros Morne Fjord
Traveling up the Western Brook Pond Fjord in Gros Morne National Park has been on my bucket list for a long time. As a thirteen year old, I was privileged the go up the Norwegian fjords, and totally loved it. After that, I added every fjord onto my life-list.
