As of yesterday, we have a bridge being replaced on one of our most commonly used back roads. For six months we will have to go a less direct and less familiar route. These photos are of my new view, taken out of the car’s window on the way to an early appointment.

Creative Arts Camp is a September retreat for creative Christian Scientists held at Camp Newfound on the shores of Long Lake in Maine. This is a beautiful spot, as you can see from the pictures below, to have an inspired time of learning and growing!

I flew to Michigan today, and enjoyed chatting with my seat partner on our very small, boisterous jet; clearly everyone was in a pre-holiday mood. She was a very nice, young, vegan mom on her way to run in a half marathon in California… Anyway, here is the view looking down…
