PSME Plein Air Retreat 2024 (Photos and Recipe Links)

I look forward all year to the Pastel Society of Maine Plein Air Retreat, because these women are wonderful. In this post, you can see my photos of my four days with them. We paint, but we also play games, talk incessantly, hang out in beautiful places, hike, and eat my food. Yes, somehow I get to be the one cooking for them. Here was my menu, straight out of the blog:

Gluten Free Crab Cakes

Beet and Goat Cheese Salad

Corn Cheese Casserole

Shrimp Cabbage Pad Thai

Green Curry Cauliflower Soup

Mushroom and Wild Rice Soup with Gruyere

Black Bean Burgers

Kale Salad (with blueberries instead of pear)

Looking forward to doing it again next year.

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves.
