I drove to the city today for the memorial service of a wonderful client of mine from when I had my engineering firm. Twenty years ago I renovated her building between 77th and 78th on the west side of Lexington Avenue in New York City. The project was extensive; in the process we became good friends enjoyed lasting mutual respect. Many join me in regretting the loss of her joy, energy, integrity and gratitude!
