“Locomotion” (acrylic) by Polly Castor

This abstract painting titled “Locomotion” explores the idea that we have superimposed manmade speed and noise over the natural landscape, and while bright and engaging in its own way, the native beauty it rushes past becomes obscured. Are we on a runaway train with very little view from the window?
