We avoid eating genetically modified food and recommend you do too.
Here is an old blog of mine of five reasons not to eat GMO’s.
And read my newspaper article in the Forum on Faith column on opposing GMO’s here.
This is the season to choose a local CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) to get your produce from; you can read a past post on that here. Doing this is fun, educational, delicious, sustainable, and supports what is right and good in food.
Here is a list of Monsanto-owned companies or those that use its genetically modified seeds. Yes it is a huge list, but I suggest these companies are to be avoided as much as possible:
V8
You would avoid contaminants and corruption in other ways. Please don’t imbibe them in your body.

Polly, I posted this list on Facebook and one of my friends (who is NOT a fan of Monsanto) said the list you had isn’t accurate. Apparently many have shared this list. Here is a Snoops.com’s accurate list. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/monsanto-owned-companies/

Snopes complains that Monsanto doesn’t own all those companies, but as you will note, I was careful to say that these companies are either owned by Monsanto OR use GMO seeds. This your link corroborates as correct. Anyway, thanks for posting it on Facebook…
