I’m excited for my new One Woman Show to open tomorrow, and I have my husband to thank for it, because it wouldn’t have happened without him.

He framed 66 works for the show–30 for the main floor, 36 for upstairs– and spent a large chunk of the last couple days boxing paintings, transporting them, hanging them, and labeling them. This man is a jewel, and I am so very thankful for his generous and unflagging support.  I don’t take this for granted for one second!

I hope you can come see the show, either at the opening reception tomorrow from 2-4pm (for which my husband is making homemade goodies), or at some point during the following month that the show is open. Let me know if I can meet you there!

Additionally, I’m also grateful for the honor of being asked to hang in the Meetinghouse’s space.  They offer the space free of change and don’t take a percentage of the sales, so they too deserve my huge thanks, for their role in making this event possible. I’m looking forward to having my art interface with their local community, and for it to decorate and enhance their days.

It is such a joy to see this work of mine all together; it is like I’m hanging out right there on every wall myself!

The show is now all up and labeled; it looks great! It now only awaits viewers.

My husband and I went out for pizza last night to celebrate a beautiful installation job, harmoniously and well done.
