Two New Pottery Pieces Out of the Kiln

Here are two new pottery pieces just out of the kiln.

The spherical yellow rosette piece above is the perfect height for a centerpiece, and I found it interesting that the same rosette pattern showed up on my recent painting Nexus. There really is cross-pollination across art mediums when you do more than one!

The piece below is the newest color-way in our slowly accumulating “salmon salad bowl” series.

Planning to be gone much of the summer, I’m open to commissions on my sgraffito pottery now. It is not too early to think of Christmas presents, because the trajectory on this work slow, both because I use only a fragment of my time on it, and also because it is a time consuming, multistep process. Let me know what you dream of having for you or yours!

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves.
