Last April, when my 15 year old son was at MIT for a robotics program I was kicking myself that I didn’t have my camera when I saw the incredible building that housed the Robotics Department. (See my blog post from then by clicking here.)
I promised then to bring back my camera and photograph this remarkable building this fall when my son returned, and it was my delight to have just done so! My structural engineering background appreciates the challenge of this abstract construction with so few right angles and my artist self had a field day enjoying the amazing aesthetics everywhere.
It was such a fun place to photograph! There were unique compositions to be had from each vantage point, as you can see in the plethora of photos shared here. Enjoy my photos below that capture the flavor of this amazing place.
