A Million Daffodils (Photos)

May 4, 2018 by Polly Castor

The New York Botanical Gardens reportedly has over a million daffodils, planting over 100,000 of them each year for a long time. So we went to see them on a gloriously warm spring day this week, and had a great time! In this post are my reference photos for some future paintings; I love the pointillism expressed by all these blooms! I hope you are enjoying your season too, wherever you are!
