Creative Arts Camp 2025

Creative Arts Camp 2025

I think this is my twentieth year at Creative Arts Camp, on the shores of Long Lake in Maine. I love this community. Unfortunately they changed the dates and I had to leave early to go to Monhegan to be with a group of painters that had planned that trip around the usual camp dates.

Still, it was good to be there for a while, enjoying the lovely locale and seeing again many good friends. Highlights were the morning meetings, singing together, much laughter, and the Cherry Island swim. It was fun to meet new people too!

While I was there, I attended the first part of my friend’s oil painting class. I’ll show tomorrow what I painted there. I would have liked to paint more, but I’ll get the opportunity soon on Monhegan.  See my photos in this post of an all too short time this year at camp.

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves.
