Family Christmas Photos 2021

Family Christmas Photos 2021

We had a lovely holiday.  It is great having both daughters home, as well as our oldest daughter’s boyfriend.

Everyone worked up until the last moment, so we decorated the tree on Christmas Eve. You can see some Christmas Eve photos here.

On Christmas morning, James made his Apricot Nut Christmas Crown for me again, and wow, is it good. I loved all my presents; you can see the books we got here. You can also see some of our food below– we’ve been cooking incessantly. Also see some yummy Hungarian Christmas cookies, which we make each year. The Christmas baking season continues today, as we plan to make cut out (frosted) sugar cookies from my mom’s recipe, in the shape of Christmas dinosaurs, of course.

Also see photos of our church party; we are a small but mighty group that loves each other.

Back at home again, we also enjoyed playing bananagrams (see my two best below), as well as hiking, getting Christmas cards out, reading around the fire, and for one of us, napping on the living room floor.

It is wonderful to be finally getting in some family time! I hope you are enjoying some quality time with your loved ones as well.

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves. My sister gave him a “garden hod.” It is used to bring in vegetables from the garden.
