Yay! Our House Got Painted!

Yay! Our House Got Painted!

We are delighted to get the two street facing facades of our house painted this year! Last year we had the worse side done, the east side facing the driveway that no one saw. Next year we plan on doing the back, which is in the best shape. We had only planned on doing the west side this year, but in a burst of last minute divine providence, we were able to do the front as well. We couldn’t be more grateful.

Our painters did a great job. In the first few photos below, you can see some before photos. Then you can see them doing a terrific job scraping, reglazing all the windows, and repainting. I was nice working with painters who appreciated our old house, and took the time to lovingly bring it back to its prime.

It is so wonderful to have our house brilliantly gleam again!

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves. Hi Polly, we got OUR house painted as well. It’s a much humbler place, but it feels so wonderful to have the color be even, the old paint scraped off the window trim. Our painter was a woman, she worked swiftly and carefully. Happy house!
