Strawberry Salsa (Recipe)

Strawberry Salsa (Recipe)

Strawberry Salsa Recipe

This is a wonderful fresh take on salsa, which is particularly good now, when fresh strawberries are in season. You can eat it with veggies or chips, or put it on top of anything to take a meal or dish to the next level, as shown in the photo below. It is so colorful, as well as delicious; it will always be welcome!

For it more spicy, include the jalapeno seeds, for not spicy, leave those seeds out.

Keep leftovers, covered, in the refrigerator.

Makes 4 cups.

Strawberry Salsa Recipe

1 pint fresh strawberries, chopped
4 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1-2 jalapeno peppers, minced
2 Tablespoons lime juice
1 Tablespoon good olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced.

Combine all ingredients.

Enjoy!
