Your first piece of art here makes me think of a big downy patchwork quilt. In one of my childhood stories the pictures were of a child in bed with a puffy quilt which looked like a landscape. I used to be fascinated by all the different things that were going on in the landscape……bit like an old fashioned Richard Scary story only with an old English scene.
They are both vividly beautiful eye candy!
