Global Warming 2021 (New Conceptualist Painting in Pastel)
Global Warming 2021, conceptualistic painting in pastel

Global Warming 2021 (pastel) by Polly Castor

This is the first of a yearly series I am undertaking to depict where we stand in the climate change saga.

Along with 76 other paintings, it can be seen in my solo show that opens Sunday at the Meetinghouse, 602 Ridgebury Road, Ridgefield CT from 2:00 – 4:00.

Buy the original painting here. (To be delivered after the show is over.)

Prints and merchandise of this image are available here.

What will future iterations of this topic look like? Any hope for improvement and reversal?

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves.
