I enjoy what I call “improving moments.” One of the ways I’ve been doing this lately is creating art on my 2” x 3” iPhone screen at in between moments that would have been otherwise squandered. I find this process very meditative. Enjoy!

I did your tomato tart a few days ago, and it was fabulous! I am vegetarian and look for meals I can make that have lots of flavor. Your tart was just perfect!

I love this poem! Letting our true, authentic self come forth! Yes!! Thank you for all the delightful imagery!
