Roasted Red Pepper Sauce (Recipe)

This sauce is delicious. You could put it on pasta, spiraled veggies, filets of fish, or like shown in the last photo below in stir-fry’s and saute’s of any kind.

Roasted Red Pepper Sauce (Recipe)

4 red bell peppers
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 Tablespoons Red Wine vinegar
1/4 cup good mayo (I make my own with avocado oil)
1/4 teaspoon cayanne
1 dash to 1 teaspoon of hot sauce to taste

Roast the red peppers as described here in this blog post.

Once your peppers are roasted, peeled and deseeded, put them in your food processor and whirl them together with the rest of the ingredients until smooth.

Either enjoy immediately or refrigerate.
