London Photos (Borough Market)

It was our nephew who told me that I must go to Borough Market, and he was right! It was a kaleidoscope to sights, sounds, and delicious tastes. I got lunch there, as well as some amazing raw cheeses.

Also shown here is a side trip to an art store that was established in 1855, where I purchased a three inch thick art journal with handmade watercolor paper. I also bought some of those huge old pastels to use on my larger oil paintings.

This was followed by dinner at The Ivy in Kensington, which was near our hotel, and we liked it enough to return a couple times. What you see in the last photo is a fish cake on a bed of pureed peas, topped with a poached eggs and some watercress.

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves.
