Last Flowers of the Season

Last Flowers of the Season

Here are the last flowers of the season, even though we still haven’t had a cold snap. It is such a lovely time of year, and I love the vivid color everywhere. Included in these photos are some of our bouquets we brought to church, since we are the “flower committee.”

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves. I don’t think of Minnesota as being that different from Connecticut in growing season, but it is based on these photos! Where we live now the peak of fall colors are past, we have had a freeze, our small vegetable garden is plowed under, and though early, we have snow in the forecast for later in the week!

Wow. We are considerably later that usual. The trees are turning about a month later than they used to.
