I preach mindfulness, abstraction, and exchanging things for thoughts. This post is me modeling all three, seeing “sermons in stone and good in everything.”

I’m still walking the same ground at Huntington, but the temperature has changed, and so has the view. These compositions were naturally occurring, just waiting in puddles and ponds to be noticed and savored. Beauty and joy are not temporal, but sometimes their expressions are. All the more reason to pay attention and embrace every indication of them, right here in the precious now.

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves.
