You are Never Weary (Quote by Ezra W. Palmer)

Ezra W. Palmer Quote

“You are never weary; you are never fatigued. Hold your face to the light, and strength from the divine source will flow into your consciousness! An infinite reservoir, forever full of strength, of vigor, of newness, of courage, is always available. Where is the source of this abounding energy? Not in the human body, not in matter. Strength is resident in God, and this strength is ours eternally. When one is conscious of the renewing truth of Mind, fatigue disappears. God is ever active; therefore man can never weary, never faint. The man of God rejoices in action, as a strong man rejoices to run a race. Look upon the stars in their courses—the sun in its orbit! They never stop; they are never weary. Note the singing winds as they swing tirelessly to and fro; the great clouds drawing water from the sea, dropping it in refreshing rain upon the thirsty land—how freely they float across the sky! The rivers run; they are never weary. Does not nature, with a thousand voices, declare that God and His creation never weary? Does not nature’s promise point to the strength which age cannot wither or disease destroy? Isaiah joyously proclaimed, ‘They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; . . . they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.'”
