I bought this as a special treat for myself Thanksgiving weekend and I am so glad I did. The selections in here are from a wide range of great writers, from many different angles on the Christian experience. I am savoring my way through this, and it is making the reason for the season more palpable for me, in the midst of all the hustle, bustle, food and interaction. Be sure to carve out some quiet space for yourself, and make a note to treat yourself to this anthology next November. I’m not quite finished, since it spans from November 22 until January 7th, but I’m ready to offer it five stars already anyway.
