[/spb_text_block] [spb_text_block pb_margin_bottom=”no” pb_border_bottom=”no” width=”2/3″]I have joined this Lower Hudson Valley Plein Air Society only recently, and have a painting in their juried show which opened last night in the Putnam Arts Council in Mahopac, NY. It is the first time I have met these people, who I hope to paint with out in the field next year, after our youngest goes off to college.
The woman above is looking at my piece very intently! You can see it at the bottom: it is titled Outside of Stonington, Maine, and is an 8” x 10” oil painted completely on location on an archival panel. (Plein Air means painting outdoors…)
