Reaching for the Light (new abstract landscape painting)
I love how huge trees reach for the light, as well as the dramatic perspective of looking up. There are some spiritual lessons in that, I would say.

I have joined this Lower Hudson Valley Plein Air Society only recently, and have a painting in their juried show which opened last night in the Putnam Arts Council in Mahopac, NY.
