My middle sister has been after us to see this movie for the last couple years and we finally got to it tonight. It takes place in Antarctica and is a wonderful family film for dog lovers of every stripe.

This is a heartwarming movie about the devotion between dog and master, but also about overcoming odds and refusing to lose hope. This is a movie of a true story, and ends in triumph, but it is not without some real concerns along the way. If you haven’t seen it, this is a great choice for watching with a wide age range; everyone will enjoy it. I give this Disney film four stars.
