Anybody know what this is? Not goldenrod and not mustard, but what? I screeched to a halt when I saw it; I thought it was wonderful…

Later note: Thank you for all the discussion this provoked. The verdict is in and it is the plant that Canola oil is made from (also called rapeseed.) Thank you for helping solve this mystery and educating me!
