In the last month a massive quantity of food has moved through our kitchen. We’ve enjoyed all our guests; it was great to have family and friends grace our table. Yesterday, the groaning shelves were again bare and I scrubbed down the kitchen to reclaim it for a fresh new year before restocking on staples in anticipation of a major snow tomorrow.
Below are some photos of our recent food, identified in order (with recipes where available on this blog… let me know if there is something here you’d like to see a recipe of on this blog in the future.) This is just the tip of the iceberg; most of our meals were not photographed. Also, I’d like to say that summer food photography I find more appetizing as there is light at dinnertime; not so during this winter solstice period, so please bear with these often bad lighting conditions!
