Newfoundland’s chowder was especially good, and for a daughter who doesn’t eat potatoes, it was particularly a delight. But for me, maybe it was all that lobster in there? Fortunately, in the foyer of Java Jacks in Rock Harbor, they have a newspaper copy of the recipe framed and on display for alert people like me. So I whipped out my cell phone to capture it! Some version of this will become a staple, now that we are home. I thought you might want to try it too.
