Last Friday evening, after dropping our daughter off for her event in Boston, my husband and I had a lovely date out at Atlantic Fish. We were seated in the perfect spot outside. He had the crab cakes and I had the fried oysters with a goat cheese and beet salad, as shown below. Especially memorable was him having fun spontaneously sharing his enormous Boston Cream Pie with the Norwegians at the table next to us, who wanted to know what it was.
It was such a convivial, wonderful time, I wanted to record it here. The weather was absolutely perfect for walking around, before and afterwards, as you can see in these photos.
We both work from home, him in the basement and me in the attic, and it is important to get out together once in a while, to embrace life fully!
