I’m still walking the same slice of ground at Huntington State Park here in Connecticut. If you’ve been following this blog this year, you are beginning to know this land! Nevertheless, the different seasons, different times of day, and different weather and light all combine to make it fresh and interesting every time. The more I visit, the more I love it.
Particularly eye-catching for me is the water and its reflections. I am fascinated with these both as nature’s temporal abstract paintings, but as spiritual concepts as well. Also, click here to see a very short reel I posted to Instagram of the refections in motion, and be sure to un-mute the sound!
All these photos were taken with my iPhone, without filters.
