I am inspired by these human heads by the German artist Henrike Gomber. They are sober while yet playful and earnest.
You can purchase her work from her website here. I was introduced to her via Instagram, although her account now that I try to link to it, appears to have been taken down, which is a pity.
I love her exuberant use of color, the soulful feeling of her content, and the liberated authenticity expressed so transparently. Clearly she is confident and comfortable in her own skin. Kudos!
