Eve and the Snake (acrylic) by Polly Castor
I’ve been thinking about these two paintings for quite a while, so it was time to get them down.
The painting above is titled Eve and the Snake, and it captures an early incident in the second chapter of Genesis in the Bible. It is 11″x14.” The original is available here, or get prints merchandise of it here.
The Inquisitive Pose, shown below, is a small 8″x8″ mixed media piece. I abstracted this posture down to the minimum required to express or understand it. That original is available here, or you can get prints or merchandise of it here.
