My black and white painting, titled Isn’t it a Beautiful Day, shown above, is in the Madison Art Society show at the Clinton Library until the end of this month. There are 80 paintings in the show (one per artist) in a wide range of styles and subject matter.

Stop by to see this show if you can. I photographed a few of the paintings there and put them below in this post to give you a sample of what’s there. The photography was difficult because it is a very sunny venue so there is a lot of reflection off the glass. It made me especially grateful for the non-reflective glass I have on my piece!

This is a nice community of people, and I am enjoying getting to know them by participating in events such as this. Hard to imagine that the 2019 art year is already quietly swinging into motion!

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves.
