Movie Review: The Intern

Movie Review: The Intern

Movie Review the Intern

I enjoyed watching this 2015 movie over the holidays. It is about a young fashion start-up that hires seniors (as in older people, not those about to graduate from school) as interns.

It is lovely how the experience, grace, humility, and sensitivity of Robert De Niro’s character, helps the young people in this movie, and in turn, their vigor, enthusiasm, and freshness rub off on him as well.

We watched this film because our older daughter is an Anne Hathaway fan, and she and Robert de Niro are both wonderful in this movie.

I give this light, feel good movie four stars; you might want to see this one! No one is too old to be needed, nor too successful to be helped.

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves.
