I really liked this movie back in 1993, and purchased it recently from a library sale to show it to my kids. (Warning for minors: there is one brief but pivotal sexual scene).  This film is about a look alike who stands in for the President, but longer than expected and with unexpected consequences.  The bad guys are trounced and good reigns, all because of a regular, decent American citizen. 

The premise of the story is interesting and the execution of it is well done.  I’d give it five stars even though it’s nineteen years old.  If you haven’t seen this, I suggest it as comic relief from all the talk of the current Presidential race.  Maybe you’ll decide to run for city council too…
