Tarragon dressing recipe

Want a dressing with a different flavor? Then try this delicious tarragon dressing.

This recipe makes more than a cups worth so you’ll need to keep it in your refrigerator between uses.

It has a very creamy consistency that would work well on sandwiches if you eat them, but as shown in this post, we usually put it on a salmon salad.

Tarragon Dressing Recipe

2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup tarragon leaves
1 organic egg yoke
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
3/4 cup light olive oil
salt and pepper

In a food processor or blender, whirl all the ingredients except the oil. Then slowly add the oil slowly while the motor is still running. Add a little water (1 teaspoon at a time) if you think it is too thick and whirl again (I left mine thick).
