While our youngest was doing her thing at Smith, my hostess introduced me to New England Felting Supply, which is a combination of gallery, store, and classroom space. She says people come from all over the country to go there, and I can see why. I love both color and texture, and I now cannot imagine why I have not explored this medium further beyond felting bags of knitting. I loved the vibrant colors and the soft feel so much that upon returning home I asked for everything my inter-library loan had to offer on felting.
I felt(!) like many of you out there also would need to know about this wonderful place. I hope you catch a sense of it from these photos, and will check them out on their website here.
