Expanding Opportunities (pastel) by Polly Castor

I thought of expanding opportunities like the northern lights but more exaggerated and with complex light coming out of darkness. There are lots of reasons to believe in darkness and limitation these days, but light and effulgence always win out.

This painting it titled Expanding Opportunities and is 22″x30″ and done in pastel. See yje entire work above and close-up details of it below.

What do you think? Do you see light in the darkness? There is still so much good going on; we need not to allow it to be repressed!

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves.
