When Tara Will (see here and here) came up from Maryland to see my current one woman show, she mentioned Marc Grandbois, whose work I was not familiar with. It turns out he’s a Canadian landscape painter, who paints in acrylic, often in plein air. I share an appreciation with him for nature’s brambles and water reflections, and agree he does an exceptionally good job at both.
