I love the reduction prints of Joshua Miles, which are astonishing in their detail and complexity. He splits his time between South Africa and Scotland, and does work derivative of both places.

Hi Polly, I have read many of your recommendations for books, and I would like to mention a couple of new ones out that seem interesting. The Sea Captains Wife by Tillar J. Mazzeo and The Land in Winter by Andrew Miller sound very intriguing, So I might start out 2026 with those two books. Only a suggestion from one book lover to another.
