Goodbye to our Boat, Turkey, and Each Other

Goodbye to our Boat, Turkey, and Each Other

Goodbye Turkey

We had an absolutely fabulous time! We are all so grateful for the opportunity to do this trip, as well as for all the fun and harmony and bonding that went on. We really enjoyed each other and this lovely place. And we’re so greatful to for our incredible crew (see above)!

My husband heads to Cappadocia with our older daughter and her partner, while our younger daughter and I go on to Sardinia (where my husband will join us in a few days). Everyone else heads back to the states or to England. We don’t know when we’ll all be together again, but we’re sure those little ones will be much bigger!

Our plane is last to go so we linger in town a bit after everyone else has left…

What a fabulous opportunity you had! I have been super busy over the last month, so I have had to go off-line for some of the time in order to stay sane. We are leaving in a few days for a 2 week trip to Yellowstone and the Tetons, where we are meeting friends with our 5th Wheel Trailer. More time off-line. I am looking forward to the small living in the RV as well as beautiful scenery and hiking.
