Recent Pages in my Artist Journal (watercolor and ink)

Here are my recent pages in my artist journals. They are all done with watercolor and ink, and one has a bit of collage. I’ve been trying new things combining these media, and I seem to gravitate to dots!
What do you think? Have I convinced you yet to start an artist journal practice? It’s a wonderful, low stake way to see what you like, and what feels good to you. It is so therapeutic and refreshing to spend some time with color when the results do not matter.

One of them is the hilarious “grumpy cat”! Yet another would like to be flown as a kite, in the atmosphere of elevated thought, and not hung on the wall.
