I love this artist’s printmaking. She distills down the kind of complex photographs I take into their basic ingredients, so that they read perfectly without losing anything in the simplification. Check out these images of hers on this post as well as more on her website.

Her images thrill me and make me happy. I am not the only one noticing exactly these types of things, and although their elements do not as directly come out in my work, I delight in seeing them so clearly in hers. Aside from that, her level of printmaking skill and expertise is astonishing.
