Mexican Food, Sunsets, reflections and textures photos

Here are the rest of our photographs from our trip to Mexico. They are in order of occurrence, and include sunset photos from our balcony, our first meal out in town at the classy River Cafe, walking the boardwalk after dinner, fascinating  reflections in the pool in the quiet in the mornings, our sunset sailboat ride (where I took the photo above), a visit to Margaritaville for a virgin strawberry margarita with guac and salsa, followed by a traditional Mexican meal near the old church including some flames table-side, and an especially wonderful last evening with a table on the beach, again watching the sunset. Interspersed between it all was our time on the beach, our breakfasts and lunch in the resort, sleeping to the sound of waves, and an attention to the variety of textures and cultivated gardens. Each day we tried new-to-us flavors.

Other than where we stayed and the nature we appreciated, see here in this post my mindfulness to our adventure’s feast for my artist’s eye, as well as my chef’s palette. This whole trip was fodder to this artist who has spent a lot of time home in the last couple years!

A big thank you goes out to our friends who invited us to use their timeshare.

I work to amplify good wherever I find it. I love color, texture, beauty, great ideas, nature, metaphor, deliciousness, genuine spirituality, and exploring new territory. I encourage authenticity, nurture creativity, champion sustainability, promote peace, and hope to foster a new renaissance where we all are free to be our most fulfilled, multifaceted, and terrific selves.
